1. Place the keyword in the post title.

Any post title without a keyword is useless.

Let’s understand with an example.

Suppose a tea shop has installed a fast food board at his shop front.

All the customers willing to eat fast food will visit the tea shop and they won’t get their willing food.

In this way, the tea shopkeeper is spoiling their reputation. Their customers are getting annoyed.

In such a case, customers may go to another shop permanently.

The only solution is, use Tea keyword at the tea shop and the Fast Food keyword at the fast food shop.

2. Put the keyword in the first place.

We always start from the left side to write and read and this method is taught since our childhood. Now, it became a habit.

Whenever a situation arises, like reading a book, newspaper, and an article too. Most of the people apply the habit of reading from the left side.

So always keep the keyword at the beginning of your title. Because it has been proved from the research, readers always read 2-3 starting words on their sentence.

The second benefit is this If the search engine trunk the post title. In such a case, the keyword avoids disappearing from your title.

3. Keep its length 15-60 characters.

It is likely, that Google will trunk If you have placed post title above 60-characters. Google will put a symbol of the ellipsis (…) after a certain character.

MOZ recommends 60-letter title length of your post. Its exponent figure is difficult. It usually supports 600 pixels.

Since the width of each character is different on its upper and lower case. Therefore, it is difficult to tell the correct numerical value.

4. Keep unique title of each post in your blog.

A search engine gets confused with the same title in two different URLs in your blog/site.

The search engine gets confused whenever a related keyword is searched. Which post is to be shown on the search engine results page?

There is only one way to direct the reader to the search engine as well. Keep each post title in a blog always unique.

5. Use words keeping in mind your readers.

Every blogger creates a blog for a particular niche. The readers may belong to a specific geographical area and they may use a particular language or word.

In such a case, you should always keep in mind their language and regional words, too.
